Warranty and Returns
In addition to any manufacturer's warranty all products, except consumables and input devices, are covered by our own twelve (12) month warranty. Our warranty will cover your computer for any hardware-related problems for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Our warranty is void if you replace, change or remove any hardware within your system.
Our warranty covers all costs associated with a faulty piece of hardware including the replacement part cost, the labour cost associated with the replacement and all transit costs associated with the fault. We will not cover your computer in the case of problems arising as a result of misuse of software, the unguarded installation of malicious software or issues relating to manufacturer driver defaults.
If you wish to return any faulty item you must first contact us and let us know of the issue. You must use any manufacturer repair service or on-site arrangement provided. Any on-site arrangements apply to mainland UK only.
Product Misuse
All equipment is for use in the UK mainland and requires standard 240V. Should any equipment malfunction as a result of abnormal environmental factors (including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing mains power transients or dropouts, electromagnetic interference, extreme humidity, vibration, electro-static damage, pressure, temperature or chemical corrosion then all costs incurred by the Company in repairing such equipment and investigating the causes of the malfunction shall be payable to the Company.
Overclocking
We will not warrant any component that has been overclocked beyond the specification that we send it out in by the Customer.
Force Majure
The Company will not be liable for any breach of agreement, for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to acts of God, civil commotion, riots, floods, drought, fire, legislation or other cause beyond the Company's reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights. If the Company chooses not to enforce a right under this Agreement, that decision will not prevent the enforcement of other rights, or the same right on a later occasion.
Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Company be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
